1 . Are you a stay at home mum or a working mum?

I currently work part time, roughly 3 days a week but I'm soon due to go on maternity leave with the hope fingers crossed of not having to return depending on childcare arrangements! As much as I love the social aspect of working and getting to have adult conversations being on my feet for 7 hours at a time when you're nearly 7 months pregnant really isn't fun...

2. Would you have it any other way?

Both yes and no. Sometime I would love to not have to leave Evie or run around the house at 7pm tidying up because I've got home from work later and dinner is yet to be made but on the flip side I know its important to show Evie a good work ethic from a young age and it does make the time I get with become more precious and valuable.

3. Do you co-sleep?

Heck no! The further along in this pregnancy I get the more grateful I am that Evie sleeps through in her own bed and very rarely comes down during the night. I hope to stick to a good routine when this Little Bear is born to get him sleeping through as soon as possible

4. What is your one must-have item for your baby?

For Evie it definitely has to be her scooter or a book, give her either of those and she'll be just fine. We can get dressed, grab the scooter and leave and she will be more than happy just scooting the streets.

5. How many children do you plan on having?

I'm in two minds about this one, both me and Joe come from 1 of 3 but I've always been adamant that I didn't want 3. I think whatever finances allow which mean we can happily provide a good standard of living.... then maybe one day there might be a third

6. Date night – How many nights per month?

At the moment its 2 max, we usually grab lunch together on Joe's day off during the week but by the time evening rolls around both of us would rather get in our comfies, order a takeaway and get settled in front of the tv

7. Your child’s favourite show?

It could be anything from Thomas the Tank to Alphablocks to Blaze and the Monster Machines.... it all depends what the diva wants!

8. Name one thing you bought before you had your baby and never ended up using

Her bouncer... that child would just not sit in her bounce so it must have been all of 3 times before I gave up and sold it on

9. Your child’s favourite food?

Eves has definitely got a sweet tooth like me but she also adores corn on the cob with some butter on!

10. How many cars does your family have?

Two – Me and Joe have one each

11. Weight gain before, during and after pregnancy?

I put on a heck of a lot of weight with Evie and although I sprung back straight away after having her, the continuous stream of coffees and lunch outs soon caught up on. With this pregnancy I suffered really bad with morning sickness so lost a fair bit of a weight, I feel as though thats slowly crept back on and I dread to think what I weigh now...

12. Dream holiday with your kids?

I'd love to do a month in Florida, that way we could see the all of the Disney Parks and still have time to experience other areas of Florida and what surrounds it :)

13. Dream holiday without your kids?

Anywhere hot, sunny and relaxing that doesn't require me to cook or clean for a couple of weeks!

14. How has your life changed since having a baby?

Your life just shifts completely for the minute you find out you're pregnant, your priorities change and you're no longer number one anymore. You learn to not be selfish, live off little sleep and that eating hot food is a blessing. You also learn love like no other that is such hard work but so rewarding

15. Finish this sentence – ‘It makes my heart melt to see …’

Evie's face light up... it could be anything from getting the last mash-em to complete a set, seeing her Grandma Karen or doing something she is super proud of. But when her little face lights up and you can see just how happy she is thats when my mummy heart just melts away!

16. Where do you shop for your kids?

Next, Asda, Sainsburys, Matalan... wherever really. If I'm out and about and spot something I like I tend to just pick it up!

17. Favouite makeup and skincare products?

I love the Garner Micellar Water especially for when I'm being super lazy and can't face washing my face haha... make up wise I love Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara 

18. Huggies or Pampers?

Neither for when Evie does need to use nappies we always use Aldi. Super cheap and never had a problem with them!

19. Have you always wanted kids?

I always wanted a family I was just never sure when, life has a funny way of showing you this itself!

20. Best part of being a mum?

That feeling when you know they are clean, well fed, safe and tucked up in and you sit down and think to yourself that today has been a good mum day!
